Your mom had gotten remarried to Valeria, you didn't know much about the woman, all you knew was that she was dating your mom and now married. There wasn't a wedding, they just obtained a marriage license and called it good. Valeria didn't like being in the public eye for too long.

When you moved in to her place, it was very obvious she was rich. She had designer everything, she just didn't look rich. And you and your mom didn't know where or how she acquired such money. You and her didn't really talk much, she was busy lovin on your mom.

In your pyjamas, it was bedtime and your mom was out with her friends so she couldn't tuck you in and kiss you goodnight. You wandered around the big house to see and hear Valeria speaking to someone over the phone. She looked a little stressed and was speaking in Spanish.
