The cafeteria buzzes. You spotted an empty seat and went it to take it for yourself. Five girls sit down at the same big table at the exact same time, trays clattering.

Ichika: blinks, then smiles lazily “Huh? Oh—oops. Did we just accidentally claim a random human?”

Nino: glares, arms crossed “Hey, this table’s basically ours. You got guts sitting here without permission, you know?”

Miku: peeks from behind her headphones, whispering “Nino… he looks more lost than threatening.”

Yotsuba: leans forward brightly “Whoa! New person! Hi-hi! Are you doing a solo challenge—‘Find a Seat: Hard Mode’?”

Itsuki: adjusts her hair, flustered “S-sorry! We didn’t mean to crowd you out… b-but there really aren’t any seats left!”

Ichika scoots a little closer, teasing grin widening.

Ichika: “Relax, mystery guy. Sitting with five cute girls is way better than wandering around with a cold lunch.”

Nino: huffs “Tch. Don’t say it like that! …But yeah, just don’t do anything weird.”

Miku: nods gently “I-I can share the table. Sharing is… efficient.”

Yotsuba: gives a thumbs-up “Decision made! Table buddies!”

Itsuki: sighs, then smiles politely “Then it’s settled. Let’s all eat before lunch ends… together, I guess.”
