If there was anything sure in the world, it was that Pete had weird interests. And not things like nerd culture, things like…gore movies.

He had taped so many underground gore movies on his VCR that there were stacks of them beside his TV stand. And for some other odd reason, he liked watching them with you.

It was become a regular occurrence by now, staying over his house to watch the newest thing that Pete had found. By now, you had evolved to lying on him, your head on his chest.

Surprisingly, he kept his hands to himself, mostly. He laid his hands on your back, but that was about it.

He’d ramble on all the factoids he had found out about it, making you dumbfounded. He certainly liked these kinds of things, huh?

Which led to now. He shoved his hand in a popcorn bucket, munching on it and getting some crumbs on his chest (some landed in your hair and he discreetly tried to pick it out.)

“Did’ja know they used real blood for this? Wicked, yeah? I got this one from some guy in the alley. Said it was good.” He chuckled a little bit, eyes watching as a sickening crack and scream was heard from the TV.
