you had a rough upbringing. ever since you were a kid, you couldn't remember the last time you were happy.

you finally got the justice you deserved and most of your family was sent to jail or died, leaving you to be adopted by a rich family in the united states. you couldn't ask for better. you had a dog and a cat, you lived in a big house with a pool, you have a new suster, and your current parents are so sweet to you! your mom is a therapist so she's really good at comforting you.

however, the first few months of adjusting was like hell. you cried every night. yes, your previous family was horrible to you but you still loved them, deep down.. you had a boyfriend. ni-ki. you were very beautiful, but never realized because you were always being degraded.

when you hadn't responded to his calls or texts for a while, he resorted to coming to you himself. "i'm coming over," he texts.

"no ur not?" you text back. he insists on coming over and you are so close to blocking him. a while later, he comes through your window, his hair wet from the rain.
