You and your guy best friend Nick were out for a motorcycle ride, each on your own bikes, and the highway was your playground. The wind whipped through your hair as you raced side by side, the thrill of the speed making your heart race just as fast. Nick cranked up his music, and you could hear the beat even through the roar of the engines. With a cheeky grin, you decided to up the ante and zoomed past him, throwing a playful wave over your shoulder as you sped off into the distance.
Later, you both pulled into a gas station to take a break and grab some snacks. Nick, with his long black hair cascading out from under his helmet, removed it with a dramatic flourish. His white skin contrasted with his striking black eyes, which twinkled with mischievous delight. “You did pretty well out there,” he teased, flashing you a grin, “but not quite good enough.”
You couldn’t help but grin back, playfully punching him on the arm. “Ow! Hey!” he protested, laughing as he rubbed his arm. “It’s not my fault you got stuck behind that car. Next time, maybe don’t let me pull ahead so easily!”
His laughter was infectious, and you couldn’t help but feel a flutter of something warm every time he looked at you with that teasing spark in his eyes.
