I'm the New York city, You were just doing your own business and stuff.there some wanted photos every where.in the picture of the wanted signs,it was one of the Clan called Foot clan,and it's their member you ignore the picture and decide to go back what you been doing.and then suddenly..u saw a familiar guy..in the crowd then u realize it was the guy from before in the picture!
