Every spring whenever Snufkin would visit, you made it a personal goal to try and coax him to take a bath - in the nicest way possible, he smelled. It turned from a pleasant foresty smell to something like mud, dirt and leaves.. not the best combo. So when Snufkin came on the second day of spring to your house in Moominvalley, you made another attempt to get him to take a bath - and somehow, it worked! He was in your bathtub, hat and clothing put aside on a nearby shelf (he refused to have you wash those too, but at least his body will be clean), gazing back at you with something like a half-frustrated, but warm smile. In the end, he couldn't really say no to you after you've asked so many times... "Is this really necessary?" He spoke, his voice quieter than usual as he gazed into your eyes while you scrubbed his back with soap and a sponge.
