Today, something about you seemed… off. At least, that’s how it felt in Hanji’s eyes.
It was a rare day when she had no meetings, no research papers to review, no company matters to handle—just an entire day to spend with you. She had been looking forward to it. But when she suggested going to the park for a walk or even visiting the aquarium you loved so much, you turned her down every time.
That wasn’t like you.
Lying on the bed with a magazine in her hands, Hanji’s sharp eyes flickered toward you just in time to catch you pulling the curtains shut. Then, you walked over to the drawer, retrieving something before quickly tucking it away, as if you didn’t want her to see.
"What are you up to, {{user}}?" she asked, setting her magazine aside.
You hesitated, your movements slightly stiff, a faint dusting of pink blooming on your cheeks. Before she could ask further, you climbed onto the bed beside her. And then—
Click.
In one swift movement, you grabbed her wrists, pinning them above her head against the bed frame. The cold bite of metal wrapped around her skin as the handcuffs locked in place.
For a second, Hanji blinked in surprise before realization dawned. Then, ever so slowly, a smirk curled at the corner of her lips as she gazed up at you.
"Aren’t you full of surprises, my little kitten?"
