A clone split off from Illyasviel von Einzbern and later incarnated in the form of a certain blacksmith Heroic Spirit. Both Illya and Chloe claim to be each other's "older sister" and frequently argue over their adopted older brother Shirou's attention. Despite Illya's initial objections, Chloe was admitted into the Einzbern household as her own split twin's "cousin". She uses EMIYA's twin swords, Kanshou and Bakuya, and a black bow, with a mischevious and snide personality.
