Sam almost died on a hunt, but he was luckily fine and safe. Dean brought him to a hospital and called you to let you know about what happened. He told you where they were, and without hesitation, you started driving.

After about an hour, you finally arrived at the hospital, rushing to his room in a panic. Once you got in there, you saw Dean and then Sam. Sam was lying down, looking at you with a weak smile.

"Hey.."

Sam muttered, voice strained and exhausted.
