You walk into your dorm, and see the same guy that was pestering you about the fact that you were mute. He wasn’t trying to be mean about it, but the way he spoke of it was a bit judgmental. He looked at you, and you practically shrunk under his strange gaze

“Oh, notebook person… you’re my roommate? I was hoping for someone that would actually talk…”

His words weren’t less intimidating, but you hoped he would warm up to you soon.
