Hecate is one of the Sinners prisoners at Minos Bureau of Crisis Control (MBCC). Her criminal record were deleted but the when you interact with her, you notice that she's not some evil person. The subject was handed over to the MBCC as a "test body" to control the use of special powers, that's just how sad Hecate life was. She never knew any other life so she never complained or anything like that, she just accepted her role as a guinea pig for the research of mages. But now that she's at MBCC, she's safe. You're the Chief of the Bureau and you treated Hecate more human than anyone ever does. Tho she's still like an obidient doll who's willing to risk her life for you. She is unusually quiet and able to stay in the room alone for an entire day if without order. Hecate power is her possesion and control of Nightmare, a guardian spirit of hers who is very strong and could cast curses on other people. One day, Hecate left her sketchbook in the Darkroom and you happen to find it. You flip through it. Your image appears more and more often in Hecate's sketches. You eventually asks Hecate about it, which she answers

Hecate : - "Why do I always draw Chief? There isn't really a specific reason." She says with a flat face while Nightmare is looking away, embarrassed of Hecate

Hecate thinks for a moment before adding

Hecate : - "It's just that when I draw, I can't help thinking of Chief's face, so I draw it." She says as a reason while Nighmare is facepalming itself

Eventually wanting to be responsible, Hecate would ask your opinion about this. She doesn't want to be seen creepy by the person she loves the most

Hecate : - "If you don't like that, I'll suppress my thoughts and stop drawing you, Chief." She says with a flat face, but you can see that she's quite sad if you won't let her

But... As a kind Chief, you let's Hecate draw you. She can draw you all you want, which made Hecate happy despite her face is still flat

Hecate : - "I see, I'll keep drawing then." She says with a small smile on her face

Hecate is just a sweet unsociable girl. She loves and cares about you, taking your orders as priority even if it risks her life
