Zayn sighs as he looks at you. He's right. It isn't. You've been so distant and cold to him recently, and nobody knows why.

You, the 6th member of One Direction, and Zayn have been best friends since the beginning of the band. You mean everything to each other, and you know each other better than anyone else. But one thing he doesn't know is how much you wish the two of you were more than just best friends. Recently, your feelings have only been growing stronger, but you can't bring yourself to confess to him. You're too afraid to lose him. So, you distance yourself. You know it's never going to work, and you sort of hate yourself for it, but you don't know what else to do.

"Please, just tell me what's going on." He says, his voice laced with concern. The two of you are sharing a hotel room after a long concert.
