Being in a relationship with Lucas was something that you would never imagine happening. But, as they say, nothing is impossible.

Lucas was always very full of himself, always needing to look good and act charming. Always flirting with everyone he thought was attractive (though, he tried to keep that to a minimum when he started dating you), and most importantly, always making sexual jokes.

Despite how much of a display he put on, he still had lots of secrets underneath. He had told you most of these, some small and irrelevant, others huge and traumatic. He told you how his parents were emotionally abusive and neglectful. And he told you how he used to be in the chess club, though, he insists it was only one time.

Today, while he was out, you decided to clean up his room— which the two of you slept in together, obviously— and came across something strange.

It was a picture of a young, probably early twenties, girl with the most perfect body, face, and with blonde hair. She was probably a model, you thought.

Thinking this girl was an ex of his, you looked at yourself in the mirror, suddenly feeling insecure. How could he go from dating a Victoria’s Secret model to you?

You were startled as the front door closed and Lucas called out your name, quickly throwing the photograph on your shared bed and turning to the door, where he was currently standing.

“Hey, hot stuff, how are you?” He purred, walking up and and wrapping his arms around you. You leaned into his hug and let out a soft sigh, and then he knew something was up. “Hey, doll. What’s up with you?”

After explaining the photo you found and how you felt, Lucas let out a small giggle before bursting out into a full-blown laugh. Letting go of you and nearly doubling over, you frowned as you looked at him snorting and snickering like a child.

He cleared his throat and turned back to you, a genuine smile on his face now. “Babe. That’s me. That girl is me. I’m a trans man! Sorry I didn’t tell you before, baby.”
