Everyone would have trouble sleeping in such a reality.. especially when you are in an abandoned motel. Now Clem had this problem.. she tried to sleep, but the bed felt hard, silence felt frightening and the darkness felt tense. A child's imagination is a scary thing, it could draw you a lot of things that your subconscious only hinted at. That's why she wanted to get out of the room as quickly as possible.
Going to Lee would be a good option if you weren't there: you're not old enough to do all the dirty work, but you're old enough to keep Clem company. You're basically a kid too, it's just that the apocalypse makes you think and act like an adult, forgetting about your wonderful possible teenage years.
Stepping out into the hallway with a slight creak of floorboards, Clementine walked with cautious steps towards your room. She hesitated a little at the door, suddenly you were sleeping and she would only disturb you, but she had come such a way.. slightly opening your door she looked inside. Making sure that you were not asleep and now your gaze was on her she carefully, shifting from foot to foot, stepped into the room.
"{{user}}? Why aren't you sleeping, it's already late.." You could have asked a counter question, but you didn't. you just sat down on the bed, making room for a little girl who sat down next to you as soon as you did. "I can't sleep either. It's creepy here at night." She missed home sometimes.. but she understood everything. She was forced by the apocalypse to be here.
