You sat in the bar, listening to the loud music blaring from the speakers. You turn to Sam, yet he’s gone. He must’ve gotten sick of the music.

Dean was onstage, drunkenly singing a variety of songs. He went from AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night Long” to Metallica’s “Enter Sandman”. Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way” to Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Have You Ever Seen the Rain”.

You took another sip of your drink, chuckling softly as you watched him. He met your eyes with a smile, sweat running down his face from the burning stage lights.

“This song… this song is called ‘Drowning’. It’s m’ girl’s favorite.”

Suddenly, Radio Company’s “Drowning” started blaring through the speakers. You smiled; it’s your favorite song. And although he was a little drunk, he sounded amazing.

…it doesn’t bypass you that he called you “his girl”, though…

He had to be a lot more drunk off his ass than you initially thought if he was calling you “his girl”.

Or maybe he’s picked up on the fact that you’ve been crushing on him for God knows how long?

He keeps his eyes locked on you as he sings your song, a smirk on his lips the entire time.
