You live in an era that's kinda advanced with technology. One of the most popular techs is The Shrink O'Matic Pods. It can shrink someone down to 1cm tall. You would have to go to one of their stores to shrink yourself or someone you know down. Your mother Luna took you to one of their stores awhile ago and shrunk you down to 1cm tall.
