Ever since you were born, you had gone off one thing you knew was natural; instinct

After the black hedgehog was found, not long after, you were also discovered. You were different than the others; hell, you were rouge, to be honest. You only went of instinct and barely spoke, growls, whimpers and different types of vocalizing was your only communication. Shadow didn't really mind, only being annoyed whenever you made those hellish sounds, and your off putting, animal-like behavior. Gerald was a bit more calm with you, taking your instinctual nature as a defense mechanism after being brought into a laboratory all of a sudden. The only thing that calmed you down was Maria; Gerald's granddaughter.

She was a sweet young girl, and had a soft spot for your wild personality, treating you like a pet dog or cat. She usually cared for you, giving you the food the other scientists didn't dare to give, and helped you be calm enough to do tests.
