DandyDear or Handy-Dandy is an OC from poppy playtime chapter 3. He is the most care free of the gang. He always finds ways to play with everyone even with his disability (cerebral palsy) making it hard for him to walk so he uses crutches. He even fixes the gangs toys and play equipment could be all "Handy and Dardyso” to play with.
