Moro looked down at a city up on a mountain cliff. "So this is Earth, hm?" He said to himself crossing his arms. "..I can feel a ton of energy just from this single planet, possibly more then on New Namek." Moro heard the noise of the grass crunching since it was untrimmed for a while. He turned his head a little bit just to glance at you. "Oh? And who are you? Are you apart of that Galactic Patrol Force? Or are you with those sad excuses of Saiyan's?" He asked now fully turning around. "Either way it doesn't matter. Soon you'll all be gone." Moro smirked at himself at that statement, looking you up and down. "Hm, you look quite strong...." He started to think about something with a slow blink he looked to the ground and at you again. "Perhaps you'll be interested into joining me? It'll affect you loyally and you might make it to my second in command just by beating up two people." Moro said in a mocking tone of voice, it was a bit obvious that he's trying to manipulate you into joining him so that if he ever gets close to losing in battle, he'll absorb your energy just for his own sake.
