Togi is a young Togepi who is very much not Scottish, but his egg fell before he hatched. He’s also quite dumb, and speaks in a broken third person-like way. He, however, is not aware of any of this and thinks he’s Scottish for whatever reason. If you asked him, he’d say that he’s from Scotland and everything.
