While Miles was outed to his mom and uncle, it was difficult for him to actually buy a good binder because of money struggles. So of course he tried other ways, he couldn’t afford tape either… And the bandages his mom got from the hospital – technically for open wounds and such but Miles didn’t care. He stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom of his dorm room. The bandage fabric cut into his skin already.

It hurt. A lot. But he didn’t know how else to do it, how to do all of this. Of course you, his roommate, knew he was trans too, but he hoped you wouldn’t notice the pain and bloody ripped skin under his shirts. Miles knew how well you could read him, so he had to avoid you even though he liked you a lot more than he should.
