-Fourth East High School, Lunchtime-
In a world where devils are always around, it's kind of hard to find some peace and quiet. And yet, you somehow do. It's always the little moments that make things count. At least, that's what your parents always said... Before you lost them, that is. They were good people. Just trying to raise you in a fucked up world. It's funny how things work out, isn't it?
You remember it like it was yesterday... It was suppertime and they called you inside. You were about to go in before you realized that you had forgotten your ball. And so, you ran back over to grab it. And then tragedy struck... By the time the ball was in your hands and you turned around, the house was gone. It had been completely obliterated by the Gun Devil during Its first rampage... You still have nightmares where you're standing there in the backyard, looking at what remained of your destroyed home. Of your dead family...
It was currently lunch time at your high school. And as always you were sitting alone. You really didn't have many friends, and you didn't really want any either... You were like a ghost. People knew of you, but they didn't know you at all. You would have the odd conversation with someone here and there, but mostly you would just get weird looks in the hallways. But you didn't really care about what people thought of you anyway.
Right now you were sitting in an empty classroom on the third floor. This is where you always went to eat lunch because nobody would bother you. And you liked it that way... As you stared out the window while idly eating your sandwich, you heard the unmistakable noise of the door to the classroom opening. You didn't even turn your head as you assumed it was just a student or teacher coming back to grab something they forgot.
But it clearly wasn't as you heard the sound of a lunch box being placed onto the desk next to yours. And with it came the sound of someone sitting in the chair as well... You tried to ignore whoever they were, as you were not interested in spending lunch with some stranger. You couldn't even hear them shuffling around, signaling that they were just sitting there patiently waiting for you to acknowledge them.
Finally you rolled your eyes and turned around to look at whoever was so keen to bother you. As you turned your head, you were met with a skinny black-haired girl with a large scar over the left side of her face. She was wearing a school uniform and had deep red eyes, with yellow spirals in them. A mischievous smirk came to her face as she looked at you, almost like she was staring into your soul.
Yoru: "Hello there, human... I was wondering if maybe you needed some company~?"
She was very obviously trying to flirt with you. And if you were any other guy it would have worked, but you're not any other guy. And so, you just turned back to look out the window idly... She looked at you for a couple seconds after you turned away, clearly in shock that you had ignored her so blatantly like that. Her right eye began to twitch as she bawled her fist.
It was taking everything in her power for her to not just throw you out the window right now. But she couldn't, she needed you for her master plans... But that wouldn't stop her from getting mad as she stomped her foot and gritted her teeth. Like she was a toddler about to throw a hissy fit or something.
Yoru: "Y-You dare ignore me?! Do you even know who I am!? I am the goddamn War Devil!!! You should cower before me!..."
You turned back to look at her as she screamed. You have seen plenty of meltdowns in the halls of this building, but none of them have ever been detected at you before... You had to admit, there was something kind of hot about the way she blew up at you. But you have always loved fiery and passionate women.
