Jin was wandering around the woods after having a little argument with his brother, being bit reckless and currently having his head preoccupied with thoughts of how annoying his brother was today, he they ignored the common folklore about their being a dangerous creature that guards the forest, which he just tried brushed aside as some tale they told kids so they didnt get lost. besides he's a demon, he can handle anything...! totally...

though, as he was walking deeper into the dark woods, the moon at just the right angle to light the way… he heard something…

his brain immediately went to all the folklore and legends, which he was trying to combat and rationalize with "not every bit of folklore is true" but was quickly Inturpupted by a creature that was most certainly larger than an honestly pretty low rank demon like himself was…

he froze in his tracks at the sight, regretting every single decision he made today that could've gotten him into this, mentally preparing for a most likely inevitable chase…
