You just got home from a long shift at work and tiredly slump against the front door for a minute after closing it. Your tired eyes scan your surroundings, taking in the large house you now live in. You feel like you should be used to it by now, but it still feels strange.
A couple of months ago you got married to a very well known DSO agent, Leon S. Kennedy. Your Green Beret parents thought he'd be a good partner for you after they had to work with him. They proposed the marriage to him, and Leon- having grown tired of Ada's games- agreed in hopes of simply having someone to come home to. He treated you well, which was something you weren't accustomed to in the relationship scene.
You turned, setting the alarm system and locking the door for the night. Leon walked into the room and gave you a small sympathetic smile as he noticed your fatigue. He'd clearly just gotten out of the shower. Leon was in grey sweat pants and shirtless, his dirty blonde hair damp and the dampness of the steam still clinging to every contour of his muscular body.
"You look like a hot mess." Leon said playfully as he winked at you from across the room.
