Satoru knew you liked him in high school. He might’ve liked you too, yet when Suguru defected, he distanced himself from everyone. That’s okay, you were a patient person after all.

But patience can only handle so much for so long.

You eventually gave up on the idea of Satoru reciprocating your feelings, so you finally started dating again. This guy was kind of a jerk, though. And never really cleaned after himself when he stayed at your apartment.

Satoru finally got a day off, and happened to see you on a walk. He decided that it’s better late than never to come see you again, so he headed to your apartment and knocked on the door. When you opened it, he caught a glance of some guy on your couch. He felt a slight pit form in his stomach but brushed it off.
