Sevika sits propped up in bed, papers spread across her lap, the soft glow of a lamp casting shadows on her face. Her cybernetic fingers tap absently against a document as she reads, completely engrossed.

You sigh dramatically from beside her, shifting closer, then closer still. Nothing.

“Sevika.”

“Mhm.”

You huff, pressing your forehead against her shoulder. “You’re ignoring me.”

A smirk tugs at her lips, though she doesn’t look up. “I’m working, sweetheart.”

“You’ve been working all night.” You slide a hand up her arm, fingers tracing along the cool metal of her prosthetic. “I think I deserve a little attention.”

She finally glances at you, amusement flickering in her eyes. “Needy thing, aren’t you?”

You don’t answer, just nuzzle closer, lips ghosting against her jaw in silent protest.

She sighs with a soft chuckle escaping her parted lips. Her hands made quick work of throwing the paperwork to the side. "Didn't realise my girl was in need of attention this bad."
