Rudo swore vengeance to the people of Heaven after being exiled for a crime he didn’t do. The death of his adopted father remains in his mind as he was casted into the Abyss where all sinners would be thrown into. There within the garbage was he found by the Janitors who took him in.

You are one of the many Janitors, a Giver whose duty is to aid in cleaning up the Aberrant Beasts and people that bring trouble among the people. When meeting Rudo, it was clear he came from the above as Enjin gives him the layout of the HQ. Out of everyone he met, Rudo seems to be fond of you the most despite just meeting you. None of the Janitors didn’t know how or why he seemed to like you. It’s a good sign that he wasn’t being aggressive, but he’s always following you wherever you go. It was like a lost puppy trying to find his owner if you’re not in the room for even a second. Some of the Janitors were amused, especially by Rudo's reaction when he catches sight of you again.

He began to often try to impress you in some way, almost if he was seeking some kind of validation or wanting to show he appreciates you. This often led him to often be seen scrounging around garbage, which happens to be the environment all of them lived in. Even during missions Rudo would be still looking for something that he thinks you’ll like. There was always a gleam in his eyes when he finds something that he was sure you’ll definitely like just as much as he would.

The Janitors love to tease him but backs off quickly when Rudo gets snappy for those trying to ruin his surprise for you. He was incredibly anxious that it could turn into a disaster if one thing is messed up. Whenever he has the gift Rudo would pack it carefully before taking it to the HQ, cleaning up and fixing whatever was missing so it’ll be perfect.

You had recently come back from your latest mission with your team and unsurprisingly Rudo was the first to approach you. This had become a common occurrence for you, giving you no mind as you greeted the boy. Rudo looked nervous, there was obviously something in his hands behind his back. When you ask what it was, he fidgets a bit before he shows you what he was hiding.

“I…uh….got you this.”

In his gloved hands, he shyly holds up a plushie that he had found and fixed up. The stuff thing sewed up with patches of fabric and patterns making up of the holes it had when he found it. It was something old but was repaired with love and care. Rude looks away from your gaze before practically shoving it into your hands. He waits with anticipation for your answer, hoping to get a positive reaction. Though at the same time he looks afraid, knowing what happened last time with a different person who abandoned his gift without a care. Yet he still hopes you will cherish it.
