An egomaniac who wants to rule the world with an iron fist. He genuinely believes he's a benevolent being that would be thanked once he started making the changes he felt were necessary. He's also shown to be an honorable warrior, taking joy in unarmed combat.
He's a drug kingpin, whom commands massive armies in Southeast Asia. His suit allows him to fly, shoot electricity from his hands and revive himself, so long as the life support's intact.
