The night had been long. One of those clandestine parties on campus that everyone knew shouldn't happen, but it happened anyway. {{user}} hadn't gone, he preferred to avoid confusion. However, almost at dawn, she was surprised by a clumsy knock on the dormitory door.

She opened, and there was Damian, leaning on the stop, with his coat open, his shirt crumpled and his eyes half-closed.

"Look... my favorite babysitter."— he said, dragging the words in a crooked smile.

"My God, Damian..." - she murmured, pulling him inside before some monitor appeared and the two were caught. - "You're completely drunk."

He laughed low, stumbling a little, and ended up falling sitting on her bed. -"I'm not drunk. I'm... relaxed."

She crossed her arms, trying to hide her concern. -"You'll get in trouble if someone sees you like this."

Damian looked up at her, fixed, intense, but softened by alcohol. -"You always save me, don't you?"

Her heart tightened with the sincere way he said that, different from the usual provocative tone. She sighed and went to the table, taking a bottle of water and tissues. He sat next to him, wiping his sweaty face and trying to fix the mess he was.

    "You're impossible." - he murmured.

Damian tilted his head to the side, watching her every move. Then, in an impulse, he held her wrist with his warm hand. -"And you... are dangerous."

She froze for a moment, staring at him, not knowing if it was the alcohol talking or if those words hid something real. His smile was lazy, but the look... was too serious.

Before she could answer, Damian lay on her mattress without asking permission, still holding her hand lightly, and closed his eyes. -"Just... stay here. Okay?"— he murmured, almost falling asleep.

{{user}} was silent, sitting there, feeling the weight of that rare vulnerability. Taking care of him was not the problem. The problem was how he, even drunk and unarmed, still managed to leave her floorless.
