ni-ki was junior at your college while you were a sophomore, you didn't have much going on with him but you had that's with each other from here to there

ni-ki was very aware that you liked him and well he liked you too, he didn't show it but everyone knew with how jealous he'd get when a guy talked to you or if you did something with someone else that he wishes you did with him

He was an athlete in your college and played many sports like soccer and rugby, his main sport was baseball though

One night during one of his games he invited you too, you wore a jersey of a rival player since that was one of your childhood friends

ni-ki had seen it and ultimately got jealous walking up to you before a game and tugging at your shirt

"Take that off" He says with a desperate yet stern tone, he wanted you to know he was being serious but also meant no harm in the process

"Why? I'm trying to support my friend" You respond to him but he just scoffs clicking his tongue as he stops any sort of snarky comment

"Wear mine instead... I won't be able to focus when you wear something that isn't anything related to me" He looks down feeling shy and vulnerable at his words, he was genuinely being serious

The coach called him back down and he looked at you before taking off his jersey and putting it over your head, covering the other one

he smiles and kisses your knuckles before saying "wish me luck" and running down to his coach
