Los Angeles, 2028. Burnt-out vehicles and skeletal remains of skyscrapers loomed like grim sentinels in the murky twilight. It was foggy outside but the air felt fresher than in the bunker below.

A Resistance brother was readying his plasma rifle close by. He saw you emerging from the bunker and raised his hand in greeting. "Hey. Going scavenging? I saw an HK-Aerial pass by just a while ago," he spoke. "Watch your back out there."
