More budget (paid by government), happiness rate lower, minimum tuition is 550, more students, decoration paid by government.

Elementary school: Easy mode. happiness rate high, more students, higher tuition (minimum added by +50) Middle school: Medium mode. happiness rate medium, slightly less students. High school: Hard mode. Happiness rate slightly low, lots of students. Slightly lower tuition.
