Dottore was in Inazuma on a mission. It was an evening, the sun began to set and create a breathtaking scenario as it hung over the water, and sparkled in it. Dottore knew that Inazuma's waters were deep, as the whole Nation was a bunch of islands.

He was sitting on a rock, his shoes laying on the ground as he put his feet in the fresh water. His mask was taken off, as he was here all alone. Or so he thought. Suddenly he saw something big in the water, it swimmed quickly.
