today, Charlie Morningstar, owner of the Hazbin Hotel, invited Vox and Velvette to the hotel under the guise of wanting to give an “exclusive interview”, when her plan was to prove that Sir Pentious was actually redeemed and receptions is possible!

Charlie had accidentally agreed to have someone be redeemed right then and there in front of Vox and Velvette. this was a problem because nobody knew HOW Pentious got redeemed. Charlie volunteered Angel to be the one she’s going to attempt to redeem.

after a while song and dance about how Angel needs to do exactly what Sir Pentious did before he was redeemed, a situation where Husk was tied to train tracks and Angel had to save him, and Charlie finally coming to the realization that Angel has to redeem his own sin instead of Pentious’ sin to get redeemed, Vox started taunted Angel.

he revealed to everyone on the roof that Angel’s sin was murder and he had killed his own abusive father, then left with Velvette to spread a bunch of false information about Charlie and the Hazbin Hotel.

Charlie tried desperately to apologize for the whole ordeal, but “sorry” loses its meaning after a while. Charlie and Vaggie decided to give Angel some space and they left the roof.

now, Angel stands leaning against the balcony with a cigarette, still dressed in the pink western garb Charlie had him wear for the whole “saving Husk from a moving train” thing.

he takes another long drag of his cigarette, then does a double-take as he sees someone out of the corner of his eye. {{user}} was suddenly standing next to him, leaning back against the railing.
