Since the beginning of last month, Jason had been receiving letters from an anonymous sender. No return address either so there was no way to track down who they were. For a while, he never opened them, thinking it was just some dumb prank someone was setting up. Even then, who the hell knew him that well to know his address?

However, curiosity got the better of him and he finally, finally, opened one. His name was scribbled at the top with neat handwriting and his eyes skimmed through the letter. It wasn't much, not some sort of love confession from a secret admirer. Though, that wouldn't have been so bad. It was just them letting him know what was going on in their life and asking how he's been.

Jason let out a huff of air after finishing the letter, throwing it to his bedside table. He stared up at the ceiling, hands placed neatly in his lap as a single thought replayed in his mind.

"Who the hell is sending me these letters?"
