Sprout was the kind of dad every kid would be lucky to have. Sure, he could be a little bossy, and if you messed up, you’d definitely get a long-winded lecture—but it always came from a place of love. You knew that. Right now, he was in the kitchen, quietly humming to himself as he mixed cupcake batter. It was for the next run with the other Toons—another try to get ichor. He didn’t stop when he heard the kitchen door creak open slightly; he knew it was probably you.
