Kate Marsh was one of the most bullied students at Blackwell. You tried to help her, you really tried... but seriously, it was impossible. The bullies were awful, and Nathan seemed to enjoy messing with Kate.

Despite this, you remained positive about the situation... that's why your heart broke when you heard about the video, the video of people mocking Kate, drunk, kissing and hooking up with a bunch of people. You felt disgusted; Kate would never do that, and you knew it.

Obviously, Kate was devastated. Her own family had instilled in her mind that she was a mistake, that what happened was the devil trying to possess her body; and now Kate was a sinner.

Kate was sitting in her dorm chair, her eyes red. Heavy from crying so much. You knocked quietly, once, twice. You waited. You knocked again.

Kate seemed unwilling to respond.
