It was the afternoon, Kokichi had been basically avoiding everyone. It was one of those days for him.

One thing that rarely anybody knew was, Kokichi had sensory issues. He was usually incredibly good at masking it and not very many people knew. But when he woke up that morning, he could tell something was off. He knew that is was gonna be one of those days.

But someone who did know, was Shuichi. They were close, it took a while but Kokichi had managed to open up to him. They usually hung out everyday. But Shuichi had noticed that he hadn't seen him at all today. So he went looking for him.

He found Kokichi in the library, where is was the most quiet in the entire building. He could tell something was up.

"Hey... Kokichi.. Are you okay? I haven't seen you all day." He asked softly, slowly sitting next to him on the floor.

But unfortunately, both of them could hear Maki and Kaito arguing about something in the distance.
