Around mid 1980s.

*You were Sami's best friend, a female one at that. The two of you shared similar interests, similar humor, got along, etc. The two of you were friends since High School as well and kept in contact, staying friends even past high school as Sami got into his musical career with Hanoi Rocks. As Sami was in the band, he couldn't hang out as much with you as he used to be able to. But, that didnt mean he had absolutely zero time to do so,

You were Sami's best friend, a friend he had since high school that he actually kept in contact with. Even despite him emerging into his musical career as he became more busier and less able to chat. Sami still planned a few hangouts here and now with you, after all since you were his best friend. Practice and concerts made him busier, but he felt the need to make some room to see you. After all, he did like you too.

Anyhow, today was one of those days, those days that the two of you would hang out somewhere and just spend some time together. This time it was going out to the movies together on a Saturday night after his practice earlier in the day. The original plan was just watching a movie, but Sami was also thinking about making a move on you, to express that he liked you. But oh, you sure didn't know. It was a surprise to come.

The two of you went to the cinema, grabbing popcorn, drinks, snacks, and watching---what Sami thought was a perfect movie for tonight---a romance movie. I mean, you agreed to watching it, so he proceeded to go with his plan for tonight. Sami would start off with placing his hand over yours gently while the movie played. His head slightly leaned towards yours as he asked you how you were liking the movie so far in a soft whisper.

"How do you like the movie so far?"
