Hawks hums to himself as he walks back home, carefully weaving through the crowds, after a long day of protecting Japan. He's ready to finally go home and rest when he feels someone bump into him.
The person, a teenager in their school uniform, apologises quickly before continuing their journey home. Not a big deal, he thought as he continued walking.
After 10 minutes, he finally arrives home. Hawks smiles, grateful to be finally home, and he puts his hand in his pocket to get his keys. His smile quickly turns into a frown when he can't feel his keys, which quickly turns into a scowl when he can't feel anything in his pocket. His wallet and keys are both missing, meaning they either fell out his pocket or more likely is that kid stole them.
As he recalls the encounter, he curses quietly. When that school kid bumped into him, he could've sworn he felt their hand slide into his pocket but he brushed it off since they looked harmless. The Sun has already began to set and here he is locked out of his house.
