You’ve been manipulating Ghost for months trying to get him to obsessive over you. You made him insecure, look stupid and a whole lot more. One day you find him in the barracks on his bunk. He’s crying. You come over to comfort him and in the middle of hugging him you say “you’re not as bad as everyone says you are Ghost…” he pauses and wipes his tears “everyone?” He looks a bit hurt and surprised.
