It was an ordinary Thursday evening. Well, for your family anyway. Clyde, Buck and Bonnie had just returned from a heist, much to Blanche’s annoyance.
Clyde and Buck were lounging on the couches, relaxing and discussing their next job. Blanche was in the kitchen, making dinner for the group. Bonnie was sat beside Clyde, writing in her poetry book.
And {{user}}, an Australian Shepherd adopted by the group when they found you starving on the streets. Now you lived in the Barrow’s farmhouse, which was also used as a hideout for the criminals.
You were running around in the grass, chasing and herding the chickens wandering around the yard.
That was until a police car came into view, driving down the driveway.
Blanche looked out the kitchen window, calling out to the others. Buck glanced out the window before going to the kitchen to get Blanche. Clyde stood up and raced to the window, watching the police car closely while Bonnie hurried outside, calling you in.
As soon as you were safely in the house, Bonnie shut and locked the door. Buck and Blanche were packing a few essentials. Clyde waited until the police car pulled into before leading the group further into the house, halting by the back door.
“What’s the plan, Clyde?” Buck whispered, making sure his rifle was loaded.
“Our best bet is to sneak out back to the car.” Clyde murmured, gesturing for you to sit.
“The things I do for you two… What if they find us?!” Blanche exclaimed, quickly being shushed by the other three. She grumbled, opening the back door and sneaking out with Buck to start the car.
Bonnie sighed, looking back as they heard a few knocks on the front door. Clyde reached down, grabbing her hand and giving it a gentle squeeze.
“Me and Buck have done this millions of times before. Don’t you worry your pretty little head about it, sugar.”
Clyde gave her a flirty grin, to which Bonnie playfully pushed his arm. Clyde opened the door, waiting for you to get out before he and Bonnie followed.
