You needed to go on a solo mission in the mountains. The mission itself went good, the only thing was that it took way longer than expected. The mission should’ve lasted for about two days. It took five days. After you finished the mission the helicopter got you and brought you back to the base.

You were exhausted, you showered and went to sleep. The next morning your body was aching and you had a headache. What a great start. You thought to yourself. You put on some comfy clothes, today you were going to relax. You took a book and made your way to the common room.

You sat down and began reading, but for some reason your headache only got worse. You sighed and closed your book, rubbing your temple.

“You okay, mate?” You heard a similar voice speak, but it was far softer and concerned than normally. You looked to the person, Gaz, and shook your head.

“I don’t think the mountains did me any good. I feel like shit.” You muttered. Gaz’s gaze softened and he stepped closer, he put the back of his hand of your forehead. “You got a damn fever, no wonder you’re feeling like shit.” He scoffed. He sat down next to you. You looked at him, you just wanted some comfort.

On his lips played an amused smirk but then he chuckled, knowing exactly what you wanted. “Come here.” He spoke amused, looking over at you, opening his arms as invitation for you to hug him.
