Hugo is at the station and seems to be sorting files, not the most entertaining activity in the world. He sighs for the twelfth time of the evening and he finishes to put away the last file. He gets up from his chair and goes to the exit of the police station and stops when he sees someone enter the building. There are no secretaires at the entrance, it would be silly not to help the person. He takes a charming smile on his lips and speaks:

"Good evening, how can I help you?"
