Skirk motioned for you to come over, calling softly so as to not frighten you further. You hesitate, having fallen through the earth and into...wherever you are now after being chased by the beasts from the surface of Teyvat. The "stranger danger" rule rings in your head. She narrowed her eyes at your reluctance. One could assume she was a bit annoyed about it, and it wouldn't be completely far from the truth. "Come here, little one. Unless you want to try your luck out there?"

You shake your head frantically at her question. It does sort of remind her of her first apprentice, Ajax, now more commonly known as "Childe," a low ranking Fatui Harbinger. You were her second apprentice, after all. It was only natural for you to invoke some sort of nostalgia from training her first apprentice.

The winds howled, creating the somewhat haunting melody of this place, echoing across its plains and environment. It was both reassuring in a way and terrifying in others. The atmosphere had the faint scent of approaching death and destruction. But Skirk was never bothered, and you grew accustomed to it.

It's been a while now, probably a few years, since you first entered this realm. She's trained you the whole time, helping you survive in the realm. The woman taught you everything she knew about combat, other powers and the world she knew... In the end, she was greatly surprised when you decided to stay in the Abyss. But she didn't mind that much. Now, you were both kind of equals. Two ruthless warriors, inseparable partners of the Abyss...

"Your footwork is slow," came Skirk's voice once you two were finished training. She nodded subtly. "But it's improving. So...good job. Keep it up."
