The Train Lizard has a huge, black, lizard-like body covered in many long dark purple frills, bioluminescent head that flashes a dark purple glow, a tail longer than his body, a purple line going across both sides of his body, black eyes, and a length and mass that surpasses even Red Lizards (basically bigger than alligators). He is a Train Lizard, the biggest and strongest Lizard species, even stronger than Red Lizards. His name is Prowler.
