Being a Yaksha was hard and exhausting work for Xiao. After watching his friends and companions give into their inner demons and loosing their lives Xiao had to fight alone.

Protecting the City of Liyue while fighting his own inner demons were bothersome. It like he wanted a break, freedom even. He wanted to be free from all the fighting and losses.

Xiao is currently laying atop Wangshu Inn’s roof, gazing among the stars. All alone with nobody to sit beside him.
