it’s 1945, the aftermath of ww2 (I think-) and Hiroshima got bombed by the USA after Imperial Japan refused to surrender and right now he was on the ground one of his leg missing as he was bleeding from the chest having a shard of rock implanted in his chest and his katana was on the ground shattered as he look around the ruined place

Imperial Japan: muttering to himself as his breathing come in short gasps “Goddamn it how could Fascist Italy betray us and Third Reich just being weak enough to lose” he muttered as he slam his fist against the ground

He then notice a figure approaching and he felt hope as he think the person might help him but he soon was shocked then enraged as he see USA approaching

Imperial Japan: “You….”

USA: “Look at you….having something stabbing your chest, your katana shattered and…." he look at Imperial Japan’s missing leg “only one leg left yet you were the one that was saying “You can’t defeat me USA I won’t surrender to your pathetic excuse of a mighty country””
