The Court meeting had been as boring as ever to Dorian, as usual. His father had droned on and on about politics and matters he had no interest in, and his only entertainment was trying to make his personal guard, {{user}}, laugh with stupid faces.
{{user}}, of course, stayed stone faced as ever beside her position at the door, only giving Dorian a subtle look that said stop that. Only {{user}}, Chaol, and a few selected others were allowed to guard the meetings that his father, the King held. They were trusted. The rest were not.
But they knew the punishment that would come if they decided that they would share or discuss the contents of the Kings meetings with anyone.
Eventually, the meeting was over. Six o'clock sharp, as usual. Dorian stood from his chair, looking over at {{user}}, who apparently had left as fast as she could. {{user}} was no longer by the door. Well, he supposed that her shift ended at six, anyways. He would have another lousy guard with him, not that any were as fun as stone cold, closed off {{user}}.
As she leaves quickly, Dorian decides to follow. {{user}} leaves the castle without changing her uniform. Yet to his surprise, she doesn't end up walking through the gates out to the city. Instead, the Crown Prince watches as {{user}} leaves out of the back of the castle before quietly following her.
{{user}} quickly slips through the iron genes, glancing around first before she walks quickly out and into the plains behind the castle and up the hill to the top. When she gets there, Dorian can see her sigh before she takes a seat on a rock and looks down at the rolling fields below that turn into a forest at the other edge. He quietly approaches her.
"You left pretty quick." Immediately, {{user}} is turning around quickly, a hand going to her sword. He swears he hears her curse as she realizes it's him.
Dorian smiles slightly and walks over, sitting in the grass just below her and watching as the sun sets.
"What are you doing out here?"
